This page explains what Lowline Barber Co. collects when you use this website, and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not skimmed.

What we collect

What you type into the contact form: your name, phone number, an email if you give one, the service you picked and your message. It goes to the shop's inbox and nowhere else.

If you book a chair through our booking link, the booking provider collects your name, phone and the slot. Their own privacy policy covers that.

Standard server logs from the hosting provider: IP address, browser, pages viewed and the time of the visit. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to book and confirm a chair, and to send you a text when your slot is confirmed or changed.

To keep the basic records a business has to keep for tax and safety.

We never sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages: one year, then deleted.

Booking records: as long as the booking provider keeps them, which you can ask them to shorten.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer inside thirty days.

If you are not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to your local data authority.

Cookies

This site sets only the cookies the hosting platform needs to serve it. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
