Terms

These are the terms for using this website and for booking a chair with Lowline Barber Co. They are short on purpose.

The website

The prices, hours and availability shown here are kept current by the shop, but a chair is only yours once you have a confirmation text. If a price on the board and a price on the site ever disagree, the board wins and we will tell you before we start.

Photos of cuts are of real clients who said yes to being shown. Please do not copy them.

Bookings

A booking holds a chair with a named barber for the length of the service you picked. Arrive five minutes early. Ten minutes late and we may have to give the slot to a walk-in.

Cancel or move a booking free up to two hours before. No-shows twice in a row and we ask for a card on file for the next one.

Kids under twelve need an adult in the shop for the whole cut.

In the chair

Tell your barber what you hated about your last cut. If you are not happy, say so in the chair and we fix it there. If you get home and something is off, come back within a week and we sort it for free.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive to staff or other clients.

Payment

Cash and card. Tips go straight to your barber. Club memberships renew monthly and can be cancelled any time from the link in your confirmation text.

Liability

We take every care with blades, chemicals and hot towels. Tell us about allergies, skin conditions or a recent tattoo before we start.
